Follow these steps:

Before you begin, download and install the Win32 Disk Imager program on your computer.

  1. On the printer turn the Z-axis worm clockwise to raise the print bed, this will allow you to access the memory underneath.

Facing the printer, the MicroSD memory card is located under the print bed on the right side.
  1. Remove the MicroSD card. To do this, remove the safety strap and pull out the MicroSD card with the help of a brusel or tweezers.
  1. Connect the MicroSD card to the PC or Notebook using an adapter. Format the drive, right click on it and find the “Format” option. Make sure that all the files on it have been deleted.
  1. With the MicroSD card formatted and connected to the computer, open the Win32 Disk Imager program.

If the Google Drive program is active on your computer it is likely that the Win32 Disk Imager program will not run. To avoid this inconvenience temporarily disable Google Drive, to do this go to the bottom right of the screen and click on the arrow to display the hidden icons, right-click on the Google Drive icon, click on settings icon and then on the “Exit” option.
Run the Win32 Disk Imager program.
