Warping

  1. Make sure the print surface is smooth and clean. A dirty print surface can cause warping.
  2. Check that you are correctly leveling you printer bed.
  3. Increase the temperature of the heated bed. To find the right temperature for your material, refer to our printing guidelines. You can also use our slicing profiles based on the material for proper settings.
  4. Apply an adhesive to the glass build plate.
  5. Use a brim or a raft when printing.
  6. Lower the initial layer height between 100 – 200 microns and decrease the initial layer speed to between 10 – 20 mm/s. You can also use our slicing profiles based on the material for proper settings.
  7. Use the proper layer fan settings based on the material you’re using. Refer to our printing guidelines for cooling instructions. You can also use our slicing profiles based on the material for proper settings.
  8. Close the door to your printer.
